Shuttle traveler invents zero-attraction cup

Future space travelers may be drinking their own body waste, thanks to the International Space Stations new water recycler, but they can now do so with a touch of class.

Endeavour traveler Don Pettit, a self-described unskilled person who served as the space stations flight engineer in 2003, invented a zero-attraction cup that wicks liquids the sides of a piece of folded plastic, eliminating the need for a straw.

NASA Mission Could Find Life on Europa
